About the role

We're on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our vibrant Liverpool team. This is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in the rapid-paced world of blue-collar recruitment, working alongside a supportive, high-energy crew that knows how to have fun while getting results. As an Account Manager at Impact, you will be the go-to expert for our clients - building long-lasting partnerships and leading business growth with confidence.



Your work will directly contribute to the success of our clients and field team, aligning with our mission to impact the world of work so that all employment supports a life of enrichment and happiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, being that trusted go-to expert that provides updates, insights and strategic advice
- Understand client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that drive their business success.
- Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met
- Run toolbox talks and general safety checks at our client sites ensuring a safe experience for all our field team
- New business development to continue to grow your territory

The Successful Applicant

- Has had previous experience and proven results increasing billing in the blue-collar labour hire industry in a similar role
- Has a full NSW Driver's License
- Thrives on building relationships
- Is driven and ambitious
- Is an exceptional communicator
- Is super organised with high level admin skills
- Is a values driven individual who is passionate about our industry
