We are seeking a high-calibre Operations Manager to join our energetic team at Ray White Unley. This is a pivotal role designed for a professional who is equally comfortable troubleshooting software systems as well as providing world-class service to our clients. As a senior member of the office, you will be the 'implementer' and 'troubleshooter'. You will attend management meetings, oversee our digital infrastructure (One System) and ensure the physical office environment remains professional, efficient, and welcoming.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the adoption of the Ray White 'One System' suite, including NurtureCloud, VaultRE, and Google Suite
- Manage and create workflows in Airtable to track listings and sales performance
- Research and implement new processes to phase out outdated task management and communication methods
- Perform regular health checks on client data to ensure future business value and lead generation
- Manage the lifecycle of a property, including processing new listings, creating contracts of sale, and managing properties under contract
- Identify month-on-month trends in appraisals, listings, and settlements; communicate these via weekly briefings to the team
- Keep the team accountable to their KPIs by arranging 1:1 meetings and providing feedback and solutions
- Oversee the 'first impression' of the office, greeting clients and managing professional phone enquiries
- Proactively contact vendors and purchasers at key milestones (Unconditional/Settlement) to offer support
- Maintain the professional standards of the office, including meeting room preparation, and stock/supply management

About you

- Proven experience in the real estate industry and an understanding of the listing and sales process
- Proactive 'can-do' leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in technology and confident in navigating Google Workspace, CRM systems, and project management tools
- Strong time management skills and ability to balance high-level strategy with daily administrative tasks




- Self-educate and regularly attend corporate training sessions
