Responsibilities

- You will translate business needs into clear functional Salesforce designs by partnering with stakeholders, leading workshops, and documenting user stories.
- You will configure and administer Salesforce (objects, flows, security, profiles, permissions) to deliver scalable, user‑friendly solutions aligned to standards.
- You will support end‑to‑end delivery from requirements through deployment and post‑go‑live optimisation, including testing, release and change management.
- You will ensure system stability and continuous improvement by troubleshooting issues, managing data and access controls,



and identifying automation opportunities.

About you

- You have strong hands‑on experience administering and configuring Salesforce, including objects, fields, flows, validation rules, profiles and permissions.
- Your skills include translating business requirements into effective functional Salesforce solutions with solid data and security model knowledge.
- You excel in stakeholder engagement, running workshops, gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and supporting UAT, releases and change management.
- You bring strong problem‑solving, prioritisation and data management skills, including automation, reporting, dashboards, and maintaining data quality.
