About The Role n

The School Business Manager is responsible for overseeing the school's administrative, financial, human resource and operational functions. Working closely with the Principal, the role manages budgets, staffing, recruitment, compliance and resource planning to support the efficient day-to-day operation of the school. The position provides leadership to support staff, ensures compliance with departmental policies and legislative requirements, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives. Through effective business and resource management, the School Business Manager helps create a safe, well-resourced and supportive learning environment for students and staff.
