Job Description

George Weston Foods' Tip Top Bakeries in Brisbane's Carrara site is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a frontline bakery team. You will drive safety, quality and efficiency, manage labour and materials, and coordinate with maintenance, reliability, hygiene and quality teams to keep production running smoothly.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll coach your team, develop people, and deliver production targets on a Sunday–Wednesday day shift (7:00am–5:00pm), ensuring GMP
