Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales growth by achieving QLD/NT revenue and margin targets while building strong customer relationships





Identify and develop new business opportunities across key industries, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

Prepare and negotiate proposals, delivering tailored solutions that meet customer and business needs

Maintain strong product and market knowledge to support customer engagement and successful product introduction

Manage sales forecasting and reporting, while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement

About you:

Proven experience in sales ideally within piping, HVAC, oil & gas, industrial, or other technical product environments.

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Commercially driven with a focus on results and customer outcomes

Ability to understand technical products and provide solution-based selling

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously
