Functions and Events Service Manager - Melbourne n

The Fresh Collective are looking for a passionate and experienced Functions & Events Service Manager to manage and deliver exceptional client and guest experiences at some of Melbourne's most exciting venues.

Reporting to the Events Operations Manager, you will use your leadership and organisational skills to ensure seamless delivery of events on a daily basis, ranging from lunches through to sit down formal dinners and high-end cocktail parties whilst ensuring service standards are continuously maintained.

The Role

n

n
- Deliver exceptional client and guest experiences across a diverse range of events
n
- Oversee events from set up, through to sequence of service, to pack down
n
- Lead & manage a team of experienced waiters and bartenders - this is a hands-on position actively directing service staff during our many functions
n

n

Work on a 5 day working week between Monday and Saturday

n

n
- Work closely with clients and culinary team throughout events
n

n

About You

n

n
- Ideally 2+ years experience in a management role within the hospitality industry, training experience is highly regarded
n
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
n
- Driven by delivering exceptional guest experiences
n




- Organised with good time management skills
n
- Flexibility to work at different hours throughout a 5 day working week.
n
- Valid RSA
n
- Fulltime Australian working rights
n
