About the client:

MployHR is currently seeking experienced MR Drivers / Forklift Operators to join our client’s growing team based in Orchard Hills.

They are a well-established supplier within the construction and building materials sector, specialising in systems that incorporate fibre cement boards, plasterboards, and drywall solutions. Their product range supports partitions, ceilings, linings, and external wall systems across both residential and commercial projects.

With continued growth and strong market demand, this role offers an chance to become part of a stable operation with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

The Role:

Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 2:00 pm / 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

$38/hour + Super

Long-term ongoing with a permanent contract after the probationary period

Manual handling with some heavy lifting is required for the role

Familiarity to drive Fuso Truck – (flat deck)



Auto & Manual

Key Responsibilities

- Operate MR trucks for local deliveries and pickups
- Load and unload products safely
- Operate counterbalance forklifts
- Pick and move stock within the warehouse
- Complete manual handling and lifting duties
- Secure loads using appropriate strapping and wrapping techniques
- Follow all WH&S; and site safety requirements

Maintain a high standard of care when handling products and equipment

To be successful in this role, you need to have the following:

- Current Forklift Licence (LF)
- MR license or above (HR/HC/MC) with good driving history/record
- Picking experience
- At least 3 years of counterbalance forklift experience (wide load experience)
- Good knowledge of Sydney Metro
- Able to do manual handling tasks up to 25 kg
- Can commit to 5 days per week of work
