Job Description

State of Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Adviser - Workplace Relations to deliver expert workplace relations advice and consultancy across the department. You will support management of complex cases, develop HR policies, and ensure compliance with VPS directions and policies while preparing transparent documentation.
