About the Role n
As our Workshop Admin Assistant, you'll play an important role in keeping the workshop running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- n
Answering phone calls, emails and assisting customers.
n
- n
Booking vehicles in and managing workshop appointments.
n
- n
Ordering and collecting parts from suppliers.
n
- n
Managing mechanics' schedules, job cards and general workshop administration.
n
- n
Invoicing and processing customer payments.
n
- n
Providing friendly customer service and supporting the workshop team with day-to-day operations.
n
About You n
To be successful in this role, you'll have:

A minimum of 2 years' administration experience.
n
- n
A friendly, bubbly personality with a positive attitude.
n
- n
A genuine team-player mindset and the ability to work well with a close-knit team.
n
- n
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
- n
Confidence using computers and learning new software systems.
n
- n
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

A willingness to jump in and help out where needed.
