We are seeking a compassionate and experienced NDIS Support Worker to support a young participant in Casino, NSW.

What you'll do n

n
- Support participants with personal care, daily living tasks, meal prep and medication prompting in line with their NDIS plan
n
- Assist with community access, transport, appointments, social and recreational activities
n
- Follow participant-centred support plans, behaviour support plans and house routines
n
- Use safe manual handling techniques including hoists, slings and transfers where required
n
- Document shift notes, incidents and progress against goals in the provider's system
n
- Work respectfully alongside families, support coordinators and allied health professionals
n
- Consultants who specialise in disability and NDIS, not generalist labour hire
n
- Rapid, supportive onboarding so you can start earning quickly
n




- Responsive allocations team you can actually reach when shifts come up
n
- We respect your scope - we won't push you into shifts you're not trained for
n

What you'll need nn
- ONE of the following: Cert III or Cert IV in Individual Support (Disability), Disability, Community Services, Mental Health, Ageing Support, or equivalent - PLUS at least 6 months paid experience supporting people with disability
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain before first shift)
n
- Manual handling competency (hoists, slings, transfers)
n
- Australian work rights and a smartphone for shift bookings, timesheets and shift notes
n
- Full Australian driver's license and comprehensively insured car
n
