As our Quality Assurance Coordinator, you'll play a key role in protecting and enhancing the quality and food safety standards behind some of Australia's most trusted food brands.

Working across our milling, flour, packing and rice cakes operations, you'll be the link between quality, food safety and operations. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll spend time on the factory floor, building strong relationships with production teams, investigating non-conformances and customer complaints, identifying root causes and driving continuous improvement initiatives that make a genuine impact.

You'll support both national and export customers by investigating product and quality issues, coordinating corrective actions and helping ensure our products consistently meet customer, regulatory and food safety requirements. Working closely with operations and cross-functional teams, you'll be a proactive advocate for quality and food safety, helping to foster a culture of excellence across the site.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment
- Is passionate about food safety, quality and continuous improvement
- Enjoys investigating issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions
- Is comfortable working closely with production teams and spending time on the factory floor




- Has strong communication skills and can confidently engage with everyone from operators through to senior leaders
- Thrives in a team environment and enjoys collaborating across different functions
- Has experience managing customer complaints, non-conformances and corrective actions
- Brings exposure to export customer requirements and investigations (highly regarded)
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and can quickly learn new systems
- Has knowledge of HACCP, SQF and food safety systems or willing to learn
