Join a growing national labour hire business

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Risk & Compliance team. This is a new opportunity for someone who enjoys finding gaps, asking questions, getting out into the field and making sure things are actually working in practice.

This is not a role that sits behind a desk completing paperwork. You will be visiting operational sites, conducting audits and accommodation reviews, working with our teams to address issues and helping us stay ahead of our compliance obligations.

What will you be doing?

· Execute a structured national internal audit program across the business.

· Complete national accommodation audits, including onsite inspections and desktop reviews.

· Support Victorian accommodation registration and compliance processes.

· Review operational and internal process compliance.

· Identify gaps, document findings and work with teams to ensure corrective actions are completed.

· Maintain audit and remediation registers and report on trends and emerging risks.

· Support the Risk & Compliance Manager with high-level compliance matters and regulatory requirements.

· Build strong working relationships with operational teams while maintaining appropriate independence.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, organised and comfortable asking questions. You will need to be able to look at a process, test whether it is actually being followed and identify where things can be improved.

· Professional integrity and a genuine commitment to doing things properly.

Experience

Experience in compliance, quality assurance, auditing, operations, administration, WHS or a similar environment will be highly regarded. Experience in labour hire, PALM, agriculture, accommodation or another highly regulated industry will be advantageous, but we are interested in the right person with the right mindset and transferable skills.
