About the Role

We are seeking a degree-qualified Quality Engineer to support product and process quality across our precision manufacturing operations. You will maintain the Quality Management System, support ISO 9001 compliance, resolve quality issues, and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with production, engineering, suppliers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and business requirements
- Support accreditation, internal and surveillance audits, documentation, and audit close-out
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, standards, and customer requirements
- Develop inspection and test plans and oversee incoming, in-process, and final quality controls
- Manage measurement equipment, calibration systems, and audit-ready quality records
- Analyse quality data, investigate non-conformances, and implement effective corrective actions
- Improve supplier quality, process capability, and manufacturing performance through practical continuous improvement

About You
- Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Materials, Mechatronic,



or a related engineering discipline
- Quality engineering experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or a similar workplace
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, quality systems, audits, and engineering change control
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, tolerances, and inspection requirements
- Experience with inspection, calibration, root-cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills

Desirable
- Experience in CNC machining, fabrication, welding, or precision metal manufacturing
- Quality auditing, Lean, Six Sigma, or statistical process control training
