As we continue to grow, we're looking for a parttime Quality Coordinator to support the organisation's commitment to providing protected, person-centred, high-quality services by coordinating quality assurance, compliance, risk management, continuous improvement, and accreditation activities.

The role ensures compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory standards including the NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct, Aged Care Quality Standards, and other applicable Australian regulatory requirements.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Support audits against the NDIS Practice Standards and other relevant regulatory frameworks Monitor changes to relevant legislation, standards and industry requirements

Implement actions arising from audits, incidents, collaborating with internal stakeholders and operational teams

Develop, review and update policies, procedures, forms and work instructions





Maintain audit-ready registers and compliance tracking tools

Align policies, procedures, and service agreement documentation in line with regulatory changes

Coordinate and prepare accurate compliance and administrative reports in collaboration with operational teams

Track deadlines, identify risks, and support timely submissions To be Successful in the role you will have:

Qualification in Quality Management, Business, Health, Community Services, Aged Care, Disability Services, or related field (desirable)
