About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join a growing Brisbane real estate team.

This is a commission-only opportunity, ideal for an experienced sales professional who is confident in generating business, building solid client relationships and converting leads into successful property transactions.

You will have the opportunity to build your own pipeline, work with vendors and buyers, and grow your income based on your sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through prospecting, networking and referrals
- Conduct property appraisals and generate listings
- Manage vendor relationships throughout the sales process
- Conduct open homes and private inspections
- Follow up with buyers and sellers
- Negotiate offers and work towards successful settlements
- Maintain and grow a strong database of clients and prospects
- Develop your personal brand and local market presence
- Stay up to date with Brisbane property market trends
- Achieve agreed sales and listing targets

About You We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in residential real estate sales or a strong sales background




- Holds a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or relevant licence
- Is confident communicating with vendors and buyers
- Has solid negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Is self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-only environment
- Has a proactive approach to prospecting and business development
- Is target-driven and focused on achieving results
- Has a professional presentation and strong work ethic
- Has good knowledge of Brisbane and/or local property markets
