The Opportunity

We are seeking an Experienced Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our Melbourne-wide team in a flexible, hybrid environment.

This is not about sitting in an office every day.

You will have the flexibility to develop your own market, build your personal profile and work across opportunities throughout Melbourne, supported by Gold Key’s administration, marketing, systems and established agency infrastructure.

Your focus will include

- Prospecting and developing new listing opportunities
- Conducting property appraisals
- Listing, marketing and selling residential and land properties
- Managing vendor and buyer relationships
- Conducting inspections and open homes
- Negotiating offers and progressing transactions
- Maintaining your pipeline and CRM




- Developing relationships within your chosen market
- Working alongside our administration, marketing and property teams

Who We’re Looking For

We would like to speak with real estate professionals who:
- Have previous real estate sales experience
- Are confident in prospecting, appraisals and listing presentations
- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Are self-motivated and comfortable working autonomously
- Believe in building long-term client relationships
- Hold, or are eligible to hold, the appropriate Victorian real estate credentials
- Have reliable transport and flexibility for appointments and open homes A Different Way to Grow
