Role Description The Reception Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Fairfield West OR Liverpool, NSW, responsible for providing front-of-house support and administrative assistance to ensure smooth Aged Care and NDIS daily operations. This role manages incoming phone calls, greets and directs visitors and clients, and coordinates appointment bookings and enquiries in a professional, respectful manner.
The Reception
Administrator maintains reception and office areas, handles incoming and outgoing mail, and assists with filing, data entry,
and record-keeping. The position also includes using office equipment to support staff, preparing basic documentation, and collaborating with care and support teams to facilitate clear communication and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong general administration skills, including scheduling, filing, and basic data entry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner for client-facing communication.
- Experience providing administrative assistance to support multiple team members and departments.
- Competence in using standard office equipment and basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, maintain confidentiality, and work reliably in an on-site workplace.
- Prior experience in healthcare, disability services, or aged care administration is advantageous.
- Relevant certificate or training in business administration or office support is beneficial.
