About the role

As a Receptionist & Cashier, you will be one of the first points of contact for guests and play an important role in delivering a welcoming and qualified customer experience at Ocean 12, a premium late-night entertainment venue located within Melbourne's Crown Entertainment Complex.

Key responsibilities

- Welcoming guests and confirming reservations
- Directing guests to karaoke rooms, VIP rooms and designated areas
- Processing payments and handling cashier duties
- Answering phone enquiries and providing general information
- Assisting with walk-in bookings and guest requests
- Communicating effectively with the service team and management
- Keeping the reception and entrance areas clean, organised and presentable

About you

- Well-presented, friendly and confident
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Strong communicator with excellent customer service skills




- Reliable, responsible and able to work well as part of a team
- Calm and organised in a busy late-night environment
- Available to work late-night and early-morning shifts
- Previous experience in reception, cashiering, hotels, hospitality, nightclubs or karaoke venues highly regarded
- Valid Victorian RSA certificate preferred
