The Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to join the team. You'll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the day-to-day administration of the office.
This is preferably a full-time, 5-day-per-week position onsite. Duties include:
- Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming telephone calls and enquiries
- Managing the reception area and ensuring it is kept tidy and presentable
- Scheduling and coordinating client appointments and meetings
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Responding to general client enquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member
- Assisting with general administrative and clerical tasks as required
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating information where required
- Assisting with filing, scanning, printing, photocopying, and document management
- Preparing documents and correspondence as requested by accountants and other staff
- Assisting with office supplies, stationery, and general office organisation
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when handling client and business information
- Assisting with other ad hoc administrative duties to support the smooth running of the office
The Successful Candidate Previous experience in reception, administration, or a similar office-based role is essential. You'll also be:
- Friendly, approachable, and professional
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to working 5 days per week
- Confident answering phones and communicating with clients
- Comfortable using computers and common office software
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Willing to learn and take on recent responsibilities
