Full Time Business Support Role – 38 hours per week

The Role

As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for consumers, visitors, and stakeholders. This role is essential to the smooth day to day operation of the business, providing high quality front of house reception and administrative support.

You will manage incoming enquiries, phone calls, and correspondence while supporting internal teams with a range of administrative and operational tasks in a busy and dynamic environment.

Highly Desirable

- Demonstrated experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role




- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage confidently with a diverse range of people (face to face and over the phone)
- High level of computer literacy, including word processing, Outlook calendar management, and database systems
- Willingness to contribute positively to a busy team environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
- A relevant qualification in Business/Clerical Studies or Certificate III in Aged, Community or Disability Care (or equivalent) is desirable

Accountabilities and Responsibilities – Core Functions

- Provide professional, welcoming front of house reception services
- Deliver a consumer focused telephone service, including answering, directing, and making calls
- Receive, record, and distribute messages, enquiries, and work requests
- Review files and records to support enquiries
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and manage the administration email inbox
- Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages, maintaining mail registers
- Perform filing, scanning, photocopying, emailing, and document management tasks
- Maintain office supplies and order inventory as required
- Complete daily banking tasks




- Update and maintain databases and records
- Print support and promotional materials as required
- Purchase and maintain staff amenities
- Ensure reception and office areas are kept neat, tidy, and professional
