Jigsaw Notions is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruiter / Resourcer to join our Canberra team.

You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process across Defence, ICT and Government — from sourcing and screening through to interviews, offers and onboarding. You’ll work closely with our leadership team, clients and candidates to find the right people for the right roles.

The Role:

- End-to-end recruitment across Defence & ICT
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek and networks
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Manage interviews, references, offers and onboarding
- Support tenders, proposals and candidate submissions
- Build lasting relationships with candidates and clients
- Support our growing team and LinkedIn presence

About You

- Recruitment experience in agency, Defence, ICT or qualified services




- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working independently
- Tech savvy and confident with Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
- Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain an NV1 clearance
- Based in Canberra
