We are a growing recruitment agency based in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs, and we’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role would suit someone with at least 3 years of recruitment experience who is confident managing the recruitment process independently and delivering successful placements across multiple vacancies.
About the Role
You will manage recruitment assignments from end to end, including:
- Taking and understanding client briefs
- Talent mapping and proactive candidate sourcing
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Shortlisting and presenting suitable candidates to clients
- Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
- Offer negotiation and placement
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing multiple vacancies and recruitment processes simultaneously
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment and successful placements independently
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced workplace
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on candidate and client experience
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team
