We have an excellent opportunity for a White-Collar Recruitment Specialist to join our team in the Brisbane Head Office in Milton.

As a White-Collar Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for recruiting professional, technical and leadership talent across Monadelphous Engineering Construction, Maintenance Industrial Services and Corporate business.

Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will identify current and future workforce needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes through a proactive and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and provide a positive candidate experience.
- Source, attract and engage professional and technical talent.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
- Deliver market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders.
- Develop strong relationships with internal customers and external talent networks.
- Maintain recruitment systems, reporting and candidate records.

What you will bring:

- Previous White Collar recruitment experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, resources or infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting Technical, Professional and Trades Management positions.




- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and business leaders.
- Experience sourcing, attracting and engaging passive talent through various recruitment channels.
- Ability to interpret market insights and recruitment data to support hiring decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, business needs and recruitment processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Australian Working Rights.
