Refrigeration Truck Driver

Ausprime supplies premium quality pork and pork products to retailers primarily on the East Coast of Queensland and Northern Recent South Wales as well as internationally. Your role

We are seeking a Truck Driver with the appropriate refrigeration driving experience to join our organisation.

- Approximately 20 to 30 casual hours a week.
- Driver’s shift would start at 3pm and end at approximately 9pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and Friday.
- Driver’s shift would begin at Burleigh, travel to Lismore empty, be loaded with fresh hanging meat at Lismore and then return to Burleigh.




- Some assistance may be required to unload the trailer
- Training will be provided for the specific procedures of the role.

Requirements of the role

- Requires a HC license.
- Ability to provide driving history report
- Follow established procedures including those relating to record keeping of loads and Quality Assurance.
- Truck driving experience – 3 years
- Ability to recognise any repairs and maintenance for the truck/ trailer.
- Regular cleaning of the trucks and trailers.
- Good communication skills
