Expression of Interest
Impact North is currently exploring opportunities to strengthen entrepreneur support across the Barkly region. As part of this process, we are seeking expressions of interest from people who may be interested in future Regional Entrepreneur Facilitator opportunities.
This is not a standard recruitment process. We are looking to connect with people who are passionate about supporting local entrepreneurs, strengthening regional economies and creating opportunities within communities. The final structure of the role, including employment arrangements, hours and remuneration, will be shaped based on organisational needs and the strengths of successful candidates.
Location: Barkly Region, (Tennant Creek) NT
About Impact North
Impact North is an Aboriginal-controlled not-for-profit organisation supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander entrepreneurs and businesses across Northern Australia.
We work at the intersection of social enterprise and remote Indigenous business, creating positive change in our communities. Through our programs and networks, we help entrepreneurs turn ideas into opportunities, strengthen local economies and create meaningful community impact.
The Opportunity
We're interested in hearing from people who are passionate about helping others turn ideas into action.
The Regional Entrepreneur Facilitator plays an important role in supporting aspiring and early-stage entrepreneurs across the Barkly region. Working closely with individuals, communities and local stakeholders, this role helps people access the right support, build confidence and take practical steps towards their business and economic aspirations.
The role is community-focused and relationship-driven, requiring someone who enjoys connecting people, building trust and working across diverse environments.
It offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful economic development while supporting locally led solutions and entrepreneurship.
While the role will have a strong focus on entrepreneur support, community engagement and partnership development, the exact scope may evolve as the program continues to grow.
