About the Role

General Pants is one of Australia and New Zealand's most iconic fashion retailers, looking for a commercially driven, people-focused leader to join us as Regional Sales Manager WA!

As Regional Sales Manager, you'll drive commercial performance, develop exceptional leaders and deliver a brand experience that's unmistakably GP across your network of stores. You'll be proactive, commercially sharp and always one step ahead - identifying opportunities, acting on them with confidence, and driving your Store Managers to deliver results that consistently raise the bar.

What You Will Be Doing

- Driving sales targets, KPI goals and wage budgets across all stores in your network
- Analysing sales and KPI data to identify trends, opportunities and ways to maximise profitability
- Conducting regular store visits and walkthroughs, reviewing commercial and visual merchandising standards
- Partnering with the VM team to ensure stores execute to GP visual standards and commercially sound product placement
- Developing and executing a clear regional strategy aligned to broader GP business goals
- Owning operational standards, payroll management and loss prevention across your region
- Leading, coaching and developing your Store Managers to build high-performing teams
- Identifying and developing talent across your network through proactive succession planning




- Setting the tone for a high-energy, inclusive culture across your network, leading with clarity and purpose

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years' experience in a multi-site retail management role with a proven track record of commercial results
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing P&L; and wage budgets across multiple locations
- A proven ability to lead, coach and develop Store Managers and high-performing teams
- Demonstrated ability to identify and act on commercial opportunities with initiative and decisiveness
- A genuine passion for delivering a customer-first, exceptional in-store experience
- Previous Regional or Area Manager experience within fashion retail highly regarded
