Jetstar Melbourne Head Office is seeking a talented Manager, Crew Systems & Business Analysis to lead critical systems, optimisation and workforce planning across Flying Operations and Cabin Crew. The role provides strategic insights for a 4,000-robust crew and partners with senior stakeholders.

You will lead a specialist team delivering what-if analysis, planning roadmaps, enterprise bargaining inputs and cross-functional recommendations to balance commercial needs with crew engagement.
