Lead Installer – Domestic Structural Steel n

HANDS-ON LEAD INSTALLER – DOMESTIC STRUCTURAL STEEL

We don't need someone who just talks about steel — we need someone who knows how to install it.

n

If you can read a structural plan, run a crew, work with cranes, weld when required and solve problems on site, we want to hear from you.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced domestic structural steel installer who takes pride in getting the job done safely, accurately and properly the first time.

The Role

n

n
- Lead a small installation crew
n
- Install beams, posts structural steel
n
- Read and work from structural drawings
n
- Set out and accurately install steelwork
n
- Arc/MIG welding and site modifications
n
- Site rectification and problem solving
n
- Work directly with builders and other trades
n
- Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
n
- This is a hands on Role
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Solid domestic structural steel installation experience
n
- Previous experience leading a crew
n
- Confident reading structural drawings
n
- Welding experience
n
- Excellent knowledge of hand and power tools
n
- Strong measuring and set-out skills
n
- Valuable communication and leadership
n
- MR/HR licence preferred
n
- White Card
n
- Reliable, hardworking and safety focused
n
