Senior Recruiter Location: North Ryde, NSW

Work Type: Ongoing Casual Assignment (Full-Time Hours)

Hybrid: 2 Days Work From Home

We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join a leading infrastructure organisation based in North Ryde.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage a high-volume portfolio while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver quality talent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles
- Handle approximately 25 to 35 active vacancies concurrently
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements
- Source, screen and shortlist high-quality candidates
- Coordinate interviews and stakeholder communications
- Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment administration
- Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
- Maintain recruitment systems and reporting requirements





About You

- Previous experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner or Recruitment Consultant
- Ability to successfully manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in high-volume recruitment environments
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capabilities
- Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or rail recruitment will be highly regarded
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment
