Trinity Cabinets Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected cabinet making company based in Brendale, QLD, where you will be responsible for crafting high-quality custom cabinetry pieces. As a Cabinet Maker, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional workmanship and ensuring that each project meets our high standards and client expectations. This position offers the chance to work with quality materials and modern techniques whilst contributing to the continued success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Measuring, marking and cutting materials with precision and accuracy

Constructing cabinetry and components using traditional and up-to-date cabinet making techniques

Installing hardware, hinges, drawer slides and other fittings to complete cabinetry projects

Reading and interpreting plans and specifications from designers and clients

Operating and maintaining workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively

Conducting quality checks throughout the production process to ensure all work meets required standards

Collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Following health and safety protocols and maintaining a clean, organised workshop environment

What we're looking for

Trade qualification or proven apprenticeship in Carpentry or Cabinet Making

Strong proficiency with hand tools and power tools commonly used in cabinet making

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans and specifications accurately

Solid understanding of joinery techniques and finishing methods

Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship





Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to varying project requirements

Reliable, punctual and capable of working independently as well as part of a team

Valid driver's licence

Knowledge of sustainable timber practices and environmental considerations in cabinet making (preferred)

Experience with CAD software or digital design tools but is not essential

Forklift licence would be a plus but not essential
