Job Description

NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking a dedicated Helpline Consultant for the Ageing and Disability Commission in Parramatta. In this frontline role, you will respond to reports of abuse, provide information and referrals, and work with diverse stakeholders to assess risk and support timely, practical outcomes.

You will apply trauma-informed, person-centred approaches to safeguard older people and adults with disability, maintaining detailed records and collaborating with agencies
