Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve strong performance

- Deliver outstanding customer service standards at all times

- Oversee merchandising, stock control, and store presentation

- Drive sales through effective leadership and customer engagement

- Recruit, train, and develop team members

- Manage rostering and daily store operations





- Follow company procedures for opening and closing the store

- Complete additional duties as required to support the business

About You:

- Previous retail management experience essential

- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Excellent customer service and communication abilities

- Highly organised with the ability to multitask

- Reliable and able to work weekends as part of a rotating roster

- Retail merchandising experience highly regarded

Successful applicants will be entrusted with store keys and responsibility for store opening and closing duties.
