What We're Looking For: n
n
- Minimum one year experience in residential property or building management with excellent references from previous employers
n
- QLD Certificate of Registration or full Real Estate Licence (for the property management roles only)
n
- Valid QLD driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Experience with one or more CRM systems (PropertyMe, Property Tree, Console Cloud, IRE, Inspection Express, MYBOS etc.)
n
n
Professional presentation , reliability and an adaptable mindset are essential. You're someone colleagues would describe as dependable , positive and easy to work with and you approach challenges with professionalism and composure.

Remote/Hybrid/In-Office - In office
n Position - Assistant Property Manager
n When - ASAP, ongoing position
n Duties - Open homes, routine inspections/entries, tenant follow up phone calls i.e. lease renewals
n Software/s - PropertyMe
n Days/Hours - 3 days per week - preferably Tues/Wed & Thurs - 9am/10am - 4pm
n Parking - Street and easy to find a space
n Company Car - No - you will be paid $0.98 per KM
n Notes - Must have QLD COR or Real Estate License
