Job Description

Flour is expanding and seeks a full time Front of House Manager to lead with confidence, care for people, and shape the guest experience across our stores. You will mentor the FOH team, oversee daily operations, and maintain warm, welcoming service in a busy bakery setting.

You will partner with cafe leadership to ensure smooth service, manage rosters and training, report on KPIs, and recruit and onboard new staff.
