What is the role?

The Regional Segment Manager Mining plays a key role in shaping and accelerating growth across the mining segment. This position is responsible for developing and executing the segment strategy, identifying market opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and enabling sales teams to deliver sustainable business results. The role requires strong commercial acumen, deep understanding of the mining industry, and the ability to influence across a matrix organization while translating market insights into concrete actions.

What You’ll Bring - Bachelor’s degree in mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

- 5-12 years of relevant experience in the mining industry, ideally in business development, sales, segment management, technical consulting, or key account management.
- Proven experience in developing and executing growth strategies within a B2B or project-driven environment.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across different levels and functions.
- Experience working in regional or international matrix organizations is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered a plus.
