REGISTERED NURSE / ENROLLED NURSE – PENRITH & LOWER MOUNTAINS

Northside Healthcare is looking for a caring and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our supportive and flexible community nursing team.

This is an opportunity to provide personalised nursing care to clients in their own homes, working independently while having the support of an experienced team behind you.

Afternoon shifts are available Monday to Friday, with weekend shifts also available. We can offer flexibility to suit your availability.

About the role

Your responsibilities will include

- Providing secure, person-centred nursing care in clients' homes
- Monitoring clients' health and wellbeing and reporting changes in condition
- Medication administration and management
- Supporting clients with personal care and daily activities where required
- Completing accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
- Working collaboratively with clients, families and other members of the care team

About you To be successful in this role,



you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN
- Current NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC)
- Current CPR Certificate
- A current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle
- The ability to work independently and confidently in the community
- A caring, professional and client-focused approach
