About The Role This is an exciting opportunity to develop your rural nursing skills within a supportive, team-based environment. As a Registered Nurse at Narrabri District Hospital, you will have the chance to gain experience across a diverse range of clinical services. You will work collaboratively with a strong multidisciplinary team, including Allied Health, Medical and community services, to provide protected, person-centred care to patients and their families. The role operates across a rotating roster, including 8-hour morning and afternoon shifts and 10-hour night shifts, with flexible hours available.

What You'll Be Doing

- Contribute to the delivery of high-quality care across medical, surgical, paediatric and palliative care services.
- Have opportunities to develop skills and experience in the Emergency Department and Operating Theatre.
- Participate in a rotating roster, including morning, afternoon and night shifts.
- Contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team environment.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development relevant to your individual learning needs.

- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
