Oyster Care is seeking a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse to join our team. This role combines clinical nursing responsibilities with administrative support to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical oversight, supporting care planning and documentation, coordinating with healthcare professionals, and assisting with personal care when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct nursing assessments and monitor client wellbeing
- Develop, review, and update care plans
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
- Coordinate with GPs, allied health professionals, clients, and families
- Support compliance, audits, incident reporting, and quality improvement activities




- Monitor medications, clinical needs, and client outcomes
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living when required
- Provide guidance and support to care staff
- Ensure care is delivered in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Pay: $36.00 – $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 – 8.0 per week
