The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care that promotes the dignity, independence, and wellbeing of our residents. Working collaboratively with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team, you will ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care in a welcoming and homelike environment.

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinical care and supporting the delivery of specialised care, including wound management, dementia care, and palliative care. As a clinical leader, you will provide guidance and support to care staff, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and help ensure compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and organisational policies.

About You

You are a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for providing exceptional care to older people. You are committed to delivering high quality, person-centred care that respects each resident's dignity, rights, independence, and choices.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong clinical knowledge and assessment skills, with experience delivering holistic, evidence-based care.
- A passion for Aged Care and the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to support, mentor, and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Excellent communication, organisational, time management, and problem solving skills.
- A sound understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
- A caring, empathetic, and professional approach, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Able to work largely morning shifts.
