- The support of one of South Australia's leading not-for-profit aged care providers What You'll Do As a Roving Registered Nurse, you'll support multiple Eldercare sites across Central Adelaide, providing high-quality clinical care and leadership on night duty. No two weeks are exactly the same. You'll experience a variety of teams, residents, clinical presentations and environments, making this an ideal opportunity for a Registered Nurse who enjoys keeping their skills sharp and making a meaningful impact wherever they go. You'll be trusted to:
- Deliver safe,

- Lead and support care staff on shift
- Build effective relationships with residents, families and colleagues
- Maintain clinical excellence across multiple sites
- Provide confidence and stability to teams when they need it most Due to the nature of the role, you'll need to be comfortable receiving short-notice direction regarding the site you'll support on any given night. What You'll Have - A Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent)
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical knowledge and sound decision‑making skills
- Confidence supervising and supporting staff
- A warm, professional approach to building relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
