About the role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering clinical care, leading care staff, and ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and person-centred support. You will work collaboratively with residents, families, allied health professionals, and the broader care team to promote the health and wellbeing of our residents.

Key responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with qualified standards and organisational policies.
- Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health conditions.
- Coordinate care with medical practitioners, allied health professionals, residents, and families.
- Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to care staff.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality care outcomes.

About you

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Minimum 2 years' experience working in residential aged care.




- Demonstrated knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards, and clinical best practice.
- Strong assessment, clinical decision-making, and care planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain.
- Evidence of up-to-date vaccinations as required for residential aged care.
