We are looking for approximately two days per week, additional days may become available as the practice continues to grow.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Assisting with skin cancer checks and procedures
- Total Body Photography
- IV infusions (cannulation skills preferred but not required)




- Pre-appointment vital signs and ECG’s for the specialists
- Fitting and uploading data from Holter and Blood Pressure Monitors
- Assisting with patient recalls
- Schedule and manage bookings for inpatient angiograms and procedures on behalf of the cardiologists.
- Patient liason and education regarding procedure appointment
- Manage patient inquiries, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Confidentiality: Protecting confidentiality and adhering to regulations at all times.
- Assist with billing, payments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as accurate data entry and scanning of patient files, filing and billing processes.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming treatment room area.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent service delivery.
- Provide necessary information to patients regarding clinic services, policies, and procedures.
- Liaise with external healthcare providers to deliver seamless patient care.
