We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing professional salesperson who loves caravanning, camping, and the great Australian outdoors.

n

You’ll be helping customers choose the right caravan or camper trailer for their travel plans and lifestyle.

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes nn
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a qualified sales or customer-focused role
n
- Confident, friendly, honest, and enthusiastic personality
n
- Well presented and well spoken
n




- Strong computer skills
n
- High level of literacy and numeracy
n

Caravan industry experience is preferred but not essential. We’re happy to train the right person.

n

We encourage experienced sales professionals from other industries to apply — we value attitude, commitment, and customer service above industry experience.

Your daily responsibilities will include n

n
- Sales of new and used Jayco caravans and camper trailers
n
- Using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
n
- Assisting with online advertisements
n
- Display yard management and stock preparation
n
- Customer handovers and product demonstrations
n

Working hours n

Monday to Friday plus Saturday mornings (until 12:00pm).

n

You will receive one rostered weekday off per fortnight.

Remuneration n

Your remuneration package includes a base salary plus uncapped commission , with additional bonuses available for achieving sales targets.

n

High performers can expect earnings of $110k+.

n
