Job Description

As our Operations Coordinator, you'll be the go to person who keeps the wheels turning: orders in, stock out, suppliers aligned, logistics tight. You'll work directly with the Head of Operations and take full ownership of the process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

n

Running the daily order cycle end to end: receiving, checking, entering and confirming customer orders.

n

Coordinating stock replenishment and transfers into distribution centres nationwide.

n

Keeping the open order book moving by proactively following up with warehouses, freight providers and customers.

n

Building strong, practical working relationships with customers, wholesalers, suppliers and logistics partners.

n

Managing purchase orders, supplier delivery dates and resolving invoice discrepancies.

n

Supporting stock transfers, stocktakes, monthly compliance tasks and product registration requirements.

n

Maintaining accurate product, pricing and customer data across our systems.

n

Spotting issues early, taking ownership and driving them to resolution.

n

About you

n

Experience in order processing, customer service or operations coordination.

n

Confident, professional communication skills,



especially over the phone.

n

Strong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers.

n

A proactive, follow through mindset.

n

Experience in liquor, beverage or FMCG (useful but not essential).

n

Experience working with large retail or wholesale customers (useful but not essential).

n

Exposure to third party warehousing, purchasing or inventory management (practical but not essential).
