Connect Home Care is seeking experienced male disability support workers to join our Tamworth region team. You will provide person-centred support in SIL and community settings, delivering secure, meaningful care to participants with complex needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, daily living tasks, community access, documenting shift notes and incident reports, and collaborating with families and allied health teams to ensure consistent support.
