Obsidian, Melbourne-based investor relations leader, seeks an experienced IR professional to own the earnings cycle end-to-end. You’ll coordinate messaging, lead analyst engagement, and ensure transparent communication with the investment community.

Responsibilities include drafting earnings releases, refining guidance with scenario analyses, and creating IR decks for investor days, AGM events, and deal announcements. A minimum of 4+ years in-house IR at a public company is required.
