White Bohemian is seeking a dynamic and organised Ecommerce/Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a casual basis. Based in our Currumbin, QLD location, this role offers flexibility whilst providing essential support to our growing online retail operations. As Ecommerce Coordinator, you will play a vital part in ensuring our digital storefront runs smoothly, from product listings and inventory management to customer communications and order processing. This position is fundamental to maintaining our competitive edge in the rapidly evolving online retail landscape.

Key responsibilities

Managing and updating product listings across our Shopify ecommerce platform, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, and imagery

Maintain products, collections, pricing, merchandising, inventory-related updates, and storefront content.

Development and execution of promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events

Identify opportunities to improve storefront performance, customer experience, and conversion.

Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns and promotional sends through Klaviyo.

Write or adapt conversion-focused copy that aligns with brand voice, product credibility.

Develop creative email layouts that support strong readability, visual consistency, and conversion.

Create compelling subject lines, calls to action, and customer-facing messaging.

Coordinate campaign timing around promotions, product availability, seasonal opportunities, and business priorities.

What we’re looking for

Proven experience working in an ecommerce or online retail workplace

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail

Proficiency with Shopify ecommerce platform, Klaviyo & Canva

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Strong computer literacy and comfort with learning new software systems





Customer service experience with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction

Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges

Familiarity with our retail and brand products industry is advantageous

Advantage if you have experience with Shopify theme settings and minor front‑end or Liquid‑related updates.
