Pizzini Wines is looking for an organised Production Supply Chain Assistant to support our Production Supply Chain Manager across production, inventory, purchasing and logistics activities.

Key responsibilities

Assist with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), raise purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to support the availability of dry goods for production and warehouse.

Support pre- and post-bottling activities, including liaison with external bottling sites, bottling documentation, reconciliation and receipting finished goods into the ERP system.

Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment, stock transfers, and SKU/vintage transitions.

Maintain accurate records and documentation across relevant systems.

Assist with day-to-day warehouse and logistics activities as required.

Assist with the resolution of inventory or freight issues as required.

Assist with continuous improvement and operational projects.

About you

Experience in production, inventory, procurement, logistics or a related operational role.





Robust organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data, documentation and inventory records.

Confidence working with ERP systems and Microsoft 365.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with suppliers, contractors, warehouses, freight providers and internal teams.

Proactive approach and willingness to support improvements.
