Technical Lead - Integrations and Go Live

Our client is a well-established regional ICT alliance supporting public health services across northern regional Victoria. They're delivering four SuccessFactors modules – Recruitment, Onboarding, Core HR and Payroll – across 13 health services under a "Big Bang" approach. They're now seeking an experienced Technical Lead to help close out integrations, resolve technical issues and support the program through cutover and go-live.

The prospect This role would suit an experienced L3 Technical Analyst, Integration Consultant, Senior Application Support Specialist or Technical Implementation Consultant who is comfortable working across complex enterprise systems, integrations and vendors. You don't necessarily need to be a SuccessFactors specialist – we're looking for someone who can get into the technical detail, troubleshoot issues and drive them through to resolution.

Reporting to the Technical Project Manager, you'll work across internal technical teams, vendors and implementation partners to resolve outstanding technical and integration issues and prepare the environment for go-live. The integration landscape includes Active Directory, UKG Pro, bank clearing house, ATO, Fit2Work, AHPRA and flat-file reporting.

You'll:

- Take ownership of technical and integration issues and drive them through to resolution
- Oversee multiple system integrations, dependencies and interface impacts
- Identify and resolve technical, integration and process gaps across the program
- Work across internal technical teams, vendors and implementation partners to resolve outstanding design decisions
- Develop and manage go-live run sheets, cutover plans and operational readiness activities
- Coordinate deployment sequencing,



readiness checkpoints and rollback planning
- Partner with the Test Lead on Production Verification Testing and post-deployment validation
- Help coordinate go-live activities across business, technical and vendor teams

About you

You're a hands-on technical problem-solver who is comfortable getting into the detail. You understand how enterprise systems connect, can work through complex integration issues and know how to bring technical teams and vendors together to get problems resolved.

You'll bring:

- Strong experience in L3 technical support, systems integration, technical delivery or implementation
- Experience troubleshooting issues across interconnected enterprise systems
- A good understanding of integrations, interfaces, dependencies and data flows
- Experience working across internal technical teams, vendors and implementation partners
- Exposure to cutover, deployment, operational readiness and go-live activities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to take ownership of technical issues and drive them through to resolution

Experience working on a SuccessFactors, ERP, HRIS or Payroll implementation would be highly regarded but isn't essential.

I think this version will get you a much broader and more technically appropriate candidate pool than leading with SuccessFactors. It still catches SuccessFactors people in searches, but an experienced L3/integration person won't read the first paragraph and assume they're not qualified.
